Shipping policy
Kanopé Fragrances is pleased to ship these fragrances across Canada, and internationally from Montreal. We use several delivery service providers such as UPS, Fedex, to guarantee you a reliable and efficient solution, depending on your location.
Once your order has been validated and accepted, it cannot be modified. The processing time of your order can vary between 2 and 4 days before being shipped.
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation to the email address you provided, as well as the tracking number of your order.
Delivery times vary according to your location:
- Delivery in Montreal 3 to 6 business days
- Delivery in Quebec 5 to 10 business days
- Deliveries to other provinces in Canada 5 to 10 business days
- Delivery to the United States of America 5 to 15 business days
- Delivery to the European Union 20 to 60 working days depending on the destination country.
Due to international shipping restrictions, we inform you that we give you the possibility to cancel certain orders made outside of the geographical area mentioned above.
Delivery fees are subject to change without notice at any time.
We inform you that customs fees may be charged upon receipt of your package depending on the country of destination.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by our carriers, and we do not take responsibility for lost packages, which is the responsibility of the shipping provider.
